Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Large furniture pieces are delivered via white-glove service and typically arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to oversized furniture and custom orders.
Do your lighting fixtures come with a warranty?
Yes, all Mitzi lighting fixtures are backed by a one-year limited warranty against mechanical and finish defects from the date of purchase.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins processing and shipping, so changes may no longer be possible.
Are light bulbs included with my fixture purchase?
Light bulbs are not included unless specifically stated on the product page. We recommend using LED bulbs for energy efficiency and longevity.
