At Mitzi, we want you to love your lighting. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the light fixtures you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in the box.
Pack With Care
Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective internal padding to ensure the glass and finishes arrive safely.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
